Description :
1 and 2 . Clean eyebrows degan favorite cleanser at home and use an eyebrow pencil to make a skeleton ( brown or black it does not matter ) . Remember ! Take a line ranging from ¾ of the eyebrows , reserving ¼ her , and only the edges only.
